‘Get Lucky’ is the debut solo artist album from home-grown talent Mobin Master.
ARIA nominated DJ and producer, Mobin Master, created history when his hit single, iconic club anthem, Show Me Love, held strong in the Aria Club Chart for a record 52 weeks.
Get Lucky (the album) is, in part, a tribute to the 90's house music Mobin grew up with. His love of that era is reflected through the variety of themes in the album. Mobin's versatility and broad music talents make this album a gem in Australian dance music.
Widely regarded as one of Australia's leading DJ's, and producers - his credibility echoes throughout all four corners of the world. Championed by international and national superstars Roger Sanchez, Pete Tong, Danny Tenaglia and more, he's played to sell-out crowds, toured the USA, UK, Europe and South America, as well as being a well established regular on the Australian club circuit.
With a full, national, tour kicking off in Sydney on the 7th of May, expect vocals from Karina Chavez, who features on smash hits Don't Stop Movin' and Show Me Love. Accompanied by a MASSIVE live show, with exciting lasers and a few surprises, he won't be without his trademark keytar, and infectious smile.
Still holding strong in the Aria Club Chart, Get Lucky, the title track, is an explosion of beats and bass, with pounding club friendly lyrics, giving it a unique edge.
The album is full of surprises ... Mobin enrolled the talent's of Mark Knight's (Toolroom head honcho) vocalist Stephen Pickup (UK). Featuring on Feel the Rush it's a trip to the darker side of Mobin's musical personality. With a techno edge its harder beats play host to Stephen's smooth voice.
Mobin moves into South American territory with his Latin tinged house track Be Yourself. Already garnering support from HYPERLINK "http://www.centralstation.com.au/profiles/showprofile.asp?id=180" Roger Sanchez, it's an infusion of funky Latino beats, subtle house riffs and uplifting melody it tones.
Finally ... Nympo is catchy R'n'B with vocals from Australia's own Ron E on the mic. It's a sexy, dirty dancefloor track that shows Mobin's diverse taste in music and skills on the decks. It's sure to be a hit in the clubs
